Shipping policy

All orders are printed on demand, and processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. (The order preparation timeframe may extend to 7 to 10 business days during the busy holiday season.)  You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us ( which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 72 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


Shipping to PO boxes

By law, only orders shipped via our USPS carrier can be delivered to a PO Box. If there are issues in processing a PO Box order for shipment, we will contact you via the email address you enter when placing your order.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

As all of our apparel is printed on demand especially for you, we will only accept returns for damaged or defective items (up to 30 days after delivery). 

If this occurs, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo + detail of the item’s condition.

We address these on a case-by-case basis, but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
